Be it known that I WILLIAM H. PAGE of the town of Norwich in the county of New London and State of Connecticut have invented or produced a new and original Design of Wood Border for printing purposes styled No. 28 for letterpress printing and I do hereby declare that the accompanying drawing is a full and exact representation of the same.
